Data Processing Agreement — Axix HCM

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies to Axix HCM. Axix HCM processes employee profiles, attendance events, payroll inputs, and HR workflows controlled by your organization as data controller. Axix Technologies LLC acts as processor when providing optional cloud services agreed in writing. For a countersigned copy, contact legal@axixtechnologies.com.

1. Roles

The customer is the data controller for data processed through Axix HCM. Axix Technologies LLC acts as a data processor when providing support, license validation, or optional cloud services agreed in writing.

2. Scope

This DPA covers processing necessary to deliver Axix HCM, including account administration, subscription billing metadata, and product telemetry required to operate the service securely.

3. Security & subprocessors

Axix implements administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. Subprocessors are used only where required for the subscribed service and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

4. Data subject rights

Customers are responsible for responding to data-subject requests. Axix will assist with reasonable export, correction, or deletion requests processed on the customer's behalf, subject to the subscription agreement.
