Three modes: (1) Mobile app — recommended, $0 setup, selfie plus location verification with employee consent. (2) BYO IP camera — minimum 16MP; Axix setup $199 per camera (you buy the camera). (3) BYO SmartFace terminal — Axix setup $199 per machine (you supply the machine; $199 is setup only, hardware not included). Setup fees multiply by quantity at the same rate. Employee consent and biometric data-deletion rights are supported (GDPR-aligned).

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record where applicable.
